Cancellation method
After the order confirmation email arrives, we cannot add or change products or cancel some products.
We can handle this by canceling all the items you have ordered and reordering them, but we may not be able to re-arrange the items due to delays in delivery or lack of stock.

About returns
Return method
If the item arrives differently from the ordered item, or if there is any defect or scratch on the item, we apologize for the inconvenience before returning the item.、Please contact us from the following form within 7 days after the item arrives.

・ We will bear the shipping cost for returned goods, so please send it by freight collect.
If you cannot accept returns

・ The product image is taken as close to the actual product as possible, but the color of the image and the actual product may differ slightly depending on the lighting conditions at the time of shooting and the monitor you are viewing. Please note that.
・ If you wish to exchange for a limited-time sale product, we will exchange it at the fixed price even if you wish to exchange it during the sale period.
・ For exchange, please select one exchange product for each product. Even if you request more than one, we cannot exchange them.
